The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Comprehensive Understanding
OnBase Architecture: Develop a deep understanding of OnBase architecture, modules, and functionalities.
Collaboration and Requirements Gathering
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand the functional and non-functional requirements of the application.
Architectural Design
Business Alignment: Translate business requirements into architectural designs that align with business goals.
Document Management
Solution Design: Design and implement document management solutions, including workflow automation and records management.
Customization and Development
Scripting and APIs: Customize OnBase solutions using scripting and APIs to extend functionality and integrate with other systems.
User Training and Support
Training Sessions: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system.
