Your Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion Middleware environments. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware components, including WebLogic Server, SOA Suite, OSB, and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Configuration:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware components (WebLogic Server, SOA Suite, OSB, etc.).
  • Set up and configure high availability and disaster recovery environments.
Administration and Monitoring:
  • Perform day-to-day administration, monitoring, and tuning of Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Provide support for middleware-related issues and perform root cause analysis for system failures.
  • Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and other IT staff to resolve application and middleware issues.
Deployment and Release Management:
  • Manage the deployment of applications and services in the middleware environment.
  • Coordinate with development teams to plan and execute releases and ensure smooth transitions.
Security Management:
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect middleware components and data.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
Backup and Recovery:
  • Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for middleware components.
  • Perform regular backups and test recovery procedures.
Documentation and Training:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of middleware configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to other team members and end-users as needed.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), and other Fusion Middleware components.
  • Experience with installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of middleware components.
  • Familiarity with high availability and disaster recovery setups.
  • Understanding of security best practices for middleware environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
