About the Role:
As a Manufacturing IT Solutions Specialist, you will take on the role of the primary IT leader at our manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include the installation, troubleshooting, and support of essential manufacturing and office software. You will play a crucial role in fostering a professional network and enhancing your leadership capabilities while supporting IT Manufacturing Solutions that drive Caterpillar's success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of IT professionals focused on manufacturing applications, addressing technical issues, and ensuring effective resolution.
- Collaborate with vendors to integrate purchased applications and infrastructure solutions.
- Design and implement processes to enhance the development and support of critical business needs.
- Maintain knowledge of ITIL/ITSM Incident, Problem, and Change processes.

What You Bring:
We are looking for candidates with strong IT experience, particularly in manufacturing application support and infrastructure. Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems, such as SAP ME and SAP Global Teamcenter Manufacturing, is essential. Proficiency in the ServiceNow tool suite for incident and request management, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, will be highly regarded.
