Job Summary:

Career Collective is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Land Development Specialist. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for working on land development projects for commercial and/or residential development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review engineering studies necessary for grading, sanitary sewer, drainage, and water systems.
  • Develop construction plans for residential and commercial improvements, including roads, sewer, water systems, and drainage facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, practices, and methods.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, including Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
