Diagnostic Imaging Technologist for Invasive Procedures

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing invasive cardiovascular, vascular, and related surgical procedures. They will assist staff with invasive diagnostic and therapeutic special procedures, maintain and operate required equipment to achieve the best possible radiographic diagnostic images, and fulfill other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree and 1-2 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
  • Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS)
  • Radiology Fluoroscopy (RHF)
  • Cardiovascular Interventional Therapy within 1 year of hire
  • ACLS preferred
  • Experience: two years in the cardiac cath lab and/or Interventional Radiology
  • Skills and knowledge: Knowledge of the equipment and supplies used in cardiovascular and special procedures areas; proficient with digital imaging and magnification techniques and fluoroscopy; and ability to demonstrate a very high level of radiographic accuracy and patient care.

The successful candidate will work day shifts, full-time at 40 hours/week. One weekend shift is required each month. Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer. ABC company ID: R-68581.

The salary range for this role is $56.88 to $73.70 per hour. Please note that this range may vary by location, and it has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, department equity, training, and organizational needs. Additionally, eligible roles qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
