As a Senior Nuclear Med Tech, you will be responsible for performing nuclear imaging procedures and ensuring accurate patient diagnosis and treatment. You will serve as a senior member of the Nuclear Medicine team, providing guidance and support to less experienced technologists. Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing nuclear imaging procedures, including PET scans, SPECT scans, and other specialized nuclear medicine studies.
  • Preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
  • Operating and maintaining nuclear medicine equipment.
  • Ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.
  • Evaluating and interpreting imaging results in collaboration with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Providing guidance and training to less experienced nuclear medicine technologists.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of procedures and outcomes.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Valid certification or license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

  • Strong knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals and their administration.
