Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and update records accurately in our systems.
  • Manage and organize office files and documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or office administration certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar clerical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
