The Director - Audio Systems will direct the activities and productivity of technical staff and elements for supporting successful events and services sold to clients working within established company guidelines.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Dictate and execute strategic planning for the Audio department.
  • Work with the manager of the Audio department to sustain and grow programs and services.
  • Provide training and guidance.
  • Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.
  • Ensure performance goals are met and set for the Audio department.
  • Attend and preside over meetings.
  • Participate in corporate strategic planning to grow the LMG brand.
  • Create budgets and track expenditures.
  • Asses utilization of equipment and techs used and make the according corrections to become more productive and profitable.
  • Create solutions for sales and marketing on products and services that we don’t currently provide.
  • Act as a technical liaison to LMG business units and external clients.
  • Lead or assist with sales demonstrations.
  • Make visits to show site and installations to foster relationships with clients.
  • Analyze current equipment for lease inventory, research emerging technology and available equipment, arrange for product demonstrations, evaluate and compare brands and approaches and recommend the purchase of new equipment based on available technology, client preferences, show scope, and creative trends.
  • Communicate with other departments on products and solutions.
  • Create and execute personal develop plan


Base Salary Range: $96,866/yr - $143,549/yr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
