The Audio Visual Production Specialist plays a crucial role in crafting the ideal ambiance to enhance audience engagement as per client specifications. We are seeking talented Audio Visual Production Specialists across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Interpreting schedules, contracts, and technical drawings to understand event requirements and prepare accordingly.
- Assessing event details to devise appropriate AV solutions and coordinating the necessary equipment for successful implementation.
- Assisting in warehouse operations to prepare, test, and maintain equipment, ensuring readiness for events.
- Receiving and inspecting equipment, confirming all items are accounted for and in good condition.
- Taking on leadership roles during events, managing team members, and ensuring efficient setup and execution.
- Engaging with clients to prioritize tasks and ensure their expectations are met, while documenting all activities and any issues encountered.
- Representing the company professionally to guarantee client satisfaction and communicating any additional costs for extra services.
- Providing support outside of regular hours to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
