Description
We're looking for a Technical Support Representative, working in Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in South San Francisco, California, United States.

  • Leads inbound and outbound user (customer, study participant, etc.) interactions, including increasing sales and helping schedule/guide study participants.
  • Deliversoutstanding service to all users/participants and help increase customer satisfaction.
  • Reports issues to the engineering and product teams.
  • Creates innovative solutions to meet sales and support needs of our customers

Experience Required for Your Success
  • BS/BA Degree required.
