Position Overview:
Oversees service activities for a major client where local onsite management support is required. This role manages the dispatch of local technical resources in response to service requests and also ensures that client preventive maintenance is accomplished on schedule and that repair services are timely and effective.
This position is responsible for the overall management of all service activities for its client. As such, the incumbent will represent eQuip on all affiliate committees and is responsible to ensure compliance with service are metrics performance commitments.

8 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Anatomy and Physiology, Life Sciences
Selling, negotiation, biomedical equipment and familiarity with regulations such as AAMI, JCAHO, NFPA,
OSHPOD, and Title 22.
Incumbent must be familiar with the use of personal computers and various types of software.
The incumbent must have communications skills, especially verbal, and demonstrated
presentation and negotiation skills.
Must be able to work autonomously under the guidance of the eQuip Tech Regional Service Manager.
Independence and self direction to anticipate and proactively solve problems, handle difficult
circumstances and make sound business decisions is required.

Pay Range is $60.90 to $91.35 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
