We are looking for a full time Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA.
Territory Managers responsibilities and duties:
- Follow specific Sales Process Model to create sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions
- Collaborate with Account Management teams current best practices and use emerging technology and intelligence to improve our overall sales in the market
- Create positive and lasting relationships with our physicians and facilities
- Train and Increase product knowledge among Associate Territory Managers and involve senior management in product knowledge initiatives
- Assist in management of current staff as well as the hiring of additional support
- Have "Buy In" to current Accountability Measures
- Help improve brand awareness and social media presence in cooperation with the marketing department
- 10+ years' successful experience in outside sales experience preferably in the Laboratory/Diagnostics space
- 3+ years' experience in supervisory role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- "What Else Can I Do" attitude towards Territory and Accountability
