What you will be doing:

  • Provide support and troubleshooting for forms and document management functionalities within the Guidewire environment.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements for implementation.
  • Develop and implement document categorization and tagging strategies to facilitate easy retrieval and organization.
  • Analyze existing forms and documentation processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement streamlined forms management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a library of standardized forms templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Provide training and support to staff on forms creation, completion, and submission processes.
  • Collaborate with Guidewire developers and administrators to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in document creation and management solutions.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

What you already have:

Education, Experience, and Licensing:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or High School diploma and equivalent relevant work experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in document creation and template building.
  • 2+ years of experience in document management systems like Hyland OnBase and forms automation tools like SmartComm required.
  • Experience in the Personal Property Insurance industry preferred.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of document management principles, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; able to adjust to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with team members in other departments.
  • Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
