Collaborate with internal teams & external partners to ensure the efficient operation of Information Systems processes. Develop & maintain documentation & training materials to empower staff in utilizing technology effectively. Ensure the quality enhancement of our technology services through proactive problem-solving & continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a liaison with our managed IT service provider to guarantee exceptional client services. Participate in the evaluation, selection, & implementation of new software/applications, catering to the diverse needs of our organization. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Proficiency in Windows & Microsoft Office 365 applications. Strong client service skills & the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Eagerness to learn & adapt in a collaborative team environment. Experience in educational or human services settings is advantageous. Schedule: Full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday (on-site).
