Requirements
    • Must have state residency in Arkansas
    • Completed high school diploma or GED equivalent
    • Basic computer skills preferred
    • Must have the ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
    • Must have personal drive and eagerness to learn.
    • Ability to pass a drug and background check. (Based on Company requirements)

    • Skills Development and Certification: Apprenticeships focus on building a comprehensive skill set aligned with industry standards and requirements. Depending on the field, apprentices may earn certifications or qualifications upon completion, enhancing their employability and credibility.
