As the Parts Inventory Specialist/Merchandizer for RideNow Concord, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining an accurate inventory of parts and accessories. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the parts and accessories are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to increase sales and maximize profits. RideNow is looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join their team and contribute to the success of their company.
Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and maintain inventory of powersports parts and accessories.
- Ensure that inventory is updated in the computer system and that all parts are properly labeled and priced.
- Perform daily cycle counts and resolve any discrepancies in inventory.
- Assist with the merchandising and display of parts and accessories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe environment.
- Develop positive relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- 1+ years of Powersports Dealership Experience, Desired
- Strong attention to detail
- Data entry skills
- Familiar with Stocking and organizing parts inventory
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for the powersports industry, is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts/accessories.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
- Proficient in computer skills, including inventory management software.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with co workers and customers.
