Key Responsibilities:
1. Order parts from suppliers as necessary.
2. Unpack, verify, and document incoming goods.
3. Examine shipments for damages and report any unsuitable items.
4. Organize and stock all parts and accessories in their designated locations.
5. Prepare, label, and set aside items for repair orders.
6. Participate in regular physical inventory checks (counts, reports, etc.).
7. Ensure all parts and accessories are shipped according to carrier guidelines (i.e., UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the Parts department.
9. Handle phone transactions efficiently and courteously.
10. Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in a parts warehouse or at a parts counter in a dealership.
- Preferred background in shipping, logistics, or related fields.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Strong data entry proficiency.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience with EVO is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to execute tasks accurately and in an organized manner with minimal supervision.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and frequently work in various positions.
