Program Support Specialist

Program Support Specialist needed to provide various case management, clerical tasks, and receptionist duties to support our Client Self-Sufficiency Dept. This person will assist customers in applying for SNAP benefits and support special projects to include intake and data entry. Required: Associates Degree. Two years\' experience working with customer service or other client-driven fields. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with people of various backgrounds. Computer proficiency. Preferred: Bilingual Haitian Creole, Brazilian Portuguese and/or Spanish. Two years\' experience with implementation of complex policies, procedures, and regulations Organizational skills for multi-tasking position.
