Day to day as a Case Manager

Join us at Wasatch Behavioral Health's Westpark Family Clinic as a Case Manager, where each day brings new challenges and the opportunity to truly make a difference. Your role will involve assessing clients, creating tailored care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support. With a set schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, you'll have the chance to build relationships with clients and work alongside a passionate team. This position offers a structured yet nurturing atmosphere, perfect for showcasing your problem-solving abilities and compassionate demeanor. To excel as a Case Manager at Wasatch Behavioral Health's South Provo Clinic, candidates should possess strong communication abilities, empathy, problem-solving skills, and a dedication to helping individuals in need. A passion for making a positive impact and a commitment to ongoing learning and development are also key attributes we seek in potential candidates.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
  • High School Diploma and
  • Graduation with a Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Completed coursework required by Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing to apply for SSW licensure per Utah Code 58-60-205: Social welfare policy; 2. Human growth and development; and 3. Social work practice and methods.
  • And/or are working towards a SSW licensure.
  • SUDC and ASUDC applicants also accepted.

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
