Make a difference as a Case Manager

As a new Case Manager at our South Provo location, you will embark on a fulfilling and dynamic role where your problem-solving skills and empathetic nature will be put to the test. You will conduct client assessments, develop care plans, coordinate services, and monitor progress for individuals facing mental health challenges. QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in Social Work practice is essential to excel in this role. Additionally, solid knowledge of social welfare policy, human growth and development, and social work methods are crucial for effective client care. Having excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, empathy, and a customer-centric approach are vital for providing high-quality services to individuals in need.

Valid driver's license is a requirement for this role at our South Provo location.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Must have a college degree at the associate's degree or equivalent
  • Graduation from a college or university with a Bachelor's degree AND Licensed as a Social Service Worker (SSW).
  • OR
  • Graduation with a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Must be working towards SSW licensure. If the applicant does not currently have a SSW license they must become SSW licensed by the State of Utah within twenty-four (24) months from the date of hire as a Case Manager I.
  • Failure to obtain the appropriate license within twenty-four (24) months may result in discharge or demotion.

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
