A growing healthcare company is looking for a full time Business Development Manager for their NHTD department.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts for the NHTD department of the healthcare company.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand client bases, particularly with insurance providers.
- Develop and execute strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and market opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor services to meet client needs and expectations.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay ahead of market trends.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and outcomes.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
- Relationship-building skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Salary: $100k/Year
