Responsibilities: * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce and other business systems projects and programs, including system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and enhancements. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify system needs, and recommend solutions to support business objectives. * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans and timelines. * Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. * Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business partners to execute project activities and ensure seamless integration and deployment of business systems solutions. * Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders and key executives highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues. * Drive user adoption and change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and utilization of business systems solutions. * Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices. * Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business systems management and project management. * Maintain a roadmap of business system initiatives with associated timing for future years Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or relevant professional experience). * 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, project management, or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs. * Strong understanding of internal business systems concepts, methodologies, and best practices. * Experience with enterprise business systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial systems.
