Overview:
As our Digital Design Strategist, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling digital design assets for our research and development team. Your responsibilities will include creating strategic advertisement designs and landing page designs, conducting content and landing page research, and analyzing ad platform statistics. You will also develop creative and engaging infographics for both internal and external use, turning complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand stories.

Are you a master at transforming data into visually captivating stories? Do you have a knack for designing eye-catching digital ads and engaging landing pages? If so, we want you on our team

What you'll do:
  • Collaborate and Create: Develop campaign-focused digital advertisements in collaboration with our talented digital team
  • Design with Purpose: Create landing page designs and templates that are not only visually appealing but also highly effective
  • Test and Iterate: Use feedback data to test and refine your designs, ensuring they meet the highest standards
  • Visualize Data: Design infographics that distill digital data into digestible and engaging visuals for internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Research digital design trends and contribute to our ongoing design strategies based on modern best practices
  • Embrace Flexibility: Perform other duties as needed, adapting to the ever-evolving needs of our team
Experience you'll bring:
  • Experience: 5+ years of design experience, with 3+ years in website and landing page design, and digital and print advertising
  • Tech-Savvy: Entry-level web development experience and a basic understanding of digital marketing platforms, terminology, and best practices
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong ability to work individually and within a digital marketing team
  • Organized and Driven: Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points:
  • Digital Ad Placement: 1-3 years of experience in digital ad placement
  • Analytics Expertise: Experience with Google Analytics
  • Platform Proficiency: Experience with Facebook and Google ad platforms
  • Educational Background: A secondary degree in a related field
