Description & Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communications Director to join our team. The Communications Director will report to the Chief Brand and Communications Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing robust internal and external communications strategies that align with our business objectives and growth opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with deep experience in working with and providing high-level counsel to key senior leaders.

How you will contribute:
  • Develop Internal and External Communications Strategies: Boldly create and passionately execute comprehensive communications strategies that align with the firm's business goals
  • Support leadership: Provide support and counsel to firm leaders on matters related to internal and external communications. Develop talking points, scripts, and communications on behalf of senior leaders
  • Align Communications Programs: Ensure that industry, service, and regional communications programs align with the overall firm's communications strategy
  • Media Strategy: Oversee external media opportunities, develop media strategies, and provide overall counsel related to media interactions. PR agency management
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work collaboratively with other functional areas within the organization to manage internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with overall firm messaging
  • Team Development: Develop and coach a team of communications professionals, fostering growth and innovation
  • Monitor and Measure Impact: Develop processes to monitor, measure, and track the impact and results of communications activities and programs
  • Communications channels: create, execute, and measure communications channels and vehicles

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10 years or more of relevant experience
