The role is driven to pursue excellence in supporting the above mentioned business partners and teammates. The role supports the overall communications strategy, planning and execution as well as copywriting and copyediting. Provide support to executive leadership through serving as a communications advisor.Duties & Responsibilities Plans, manages, and executes the strategy for five organizations and serve as communications advisor Plans, manages and executive the communication plans for enterprise-wide communication projects Manages budget for incentive and recognition. Publishes their own content on the Company s digital communications platform. Monitors Teammate communication engagement for their respective organizations and informs partners.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Experience with mass communications or journalism. Strong copywriting, spelling, grammar, and copy-editing skills. Strong project management skills Ability to manage their own workload while managing multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to balance a strategic view with day-to-day, hands-on deliverables.
