Job Summary:

Our customer service representatives are the first point of contact with our customers. They are effective communicators: professional, positive and solution oriented. Every day they interact with differing needs that will be resolved with courtesy and professionalism. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to a high volume of sutomer inquiries: by phone, email, and in person.
  • Ensure all customers respectfully and courteously responded to within the agreed timeframe.
  • Act as a "detective": through effective questioning, correctly identify each customer's needs, and promptly offer satisfactory solutions
  • Keep an accurate record of inquiries and outcomes
  • Ensure any issues are dealt with efficiently, escalating when necessary and ensuring the customer is satisfied with both the speed and quality of resolution
  • Assist customers with placing orders
  • Communicate information regarding product range and offers as required.
  • Maintain a professional, calm, friendly and cheerful demeanor in all customer interactions
  • Relay messages to the appropriate team members

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong customer-centric outlook
  • Proven experience handling multiple incoming calls simultaneously
  • Proven ability to meet performance standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with obsessive attention to detail
  • Familiar with MS Office and social media software. Ability to rapidly learn additional software/applications
  • Highly organized team player
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, set priorities and manage time effectively

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Experience working autonomously
