We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth and enhance brand equity. As a key member of a startup, the Brand Manager will work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing plans that resonate with our client's target audience.

Brand Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform brand positioning
  • Collaborate with product development teams to create and launch new products that align with our brand vision and meet consumer needs
  • Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content creation and PR
  • Oversee brand communications to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging, website, social media and retail environments
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, including sales, market share and customer feedback, to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to develop creative assets, media plans and promotional materials
  • Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers and retail partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in brand management and marketing

Brand Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the CPG food industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy to diverse audiences
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO and online advertising
  • Experience working in a startup or small company environment is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
