Your Role
- Develop strategic growth plans for specific client segments at the store level to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales associates to nurture client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Report directly to the store General Manager and work closely with the Market Manager to achieve client development goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all client segments in the store and market.
- Establish best practices to achieve client development goals and drive business results.
- Lead client development initiatives in-store in partnership with the Market Manager and Brand Experience team.
- Utilize digital tools and technology to enhance client relationships and improve sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance relationships with top clients and develop strategies to increase customer loyalty.
- Coordinate in-store experiences and events with the Brand Experience team to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of luxury retail experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Physical tasks may be required, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
