Job Overview:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth through unorthodox marketing techniques? If so, we want you on our team As our Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the CEO to manage and execute on a diverse range of marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing digital marketing agencies, holding them accountable for their performance, and exploring new and innovative ways to grow our customer base and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Report directly to the CEO, offering strategic insights and innovative marketing approaches to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Agency Management: Collaborate with and manage digital marketing agencies, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a high return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Growth Hacking: Develop and implement creative, unconventional growth strategies to boost customer acquisition. This could involve anything from optimizing paid ads and direct mail campaigns to exploring viral marketing and guerrilla tactics.
  • Cross-Channel Marketing: Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including but not limited to online ads (Google, Facebook, etc.), email marketing, direct mail, and content marketing.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Use advanced analytics tools to track campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and customer lifetime value.
  • Customer Acquisition: Innovate and test new customer acquisition channels, using A/B testing, landing page optimization, and creative ad copy to enhance conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI across all campaigns.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with brand messaging and optimized for conversion.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors by conducting in-depth market research. Use findings to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Brand Development: Assist in building and refining the companys brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Growth Experimentation: Design and execute rapid growth experiments, analyzing results and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Establish feedback loops from customer interactions to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Outreach & Partnerships: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations that can drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:


  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a growth hacking, digital marketing, or related role. Experience in a manufacturing or product-focused company is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media advertising platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Creative Thinking: A knack for thinking outside the box and a passion for trying unconventional marketing tactics.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to the CEO and other stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results-Oriented: A relentless focus on achieving measurable outcomes and improving the bottom line.
