The Market Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing client needs, and collaborating with the recruitment team to match the right candidates with client requirements. Additionally, the Market Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities for the staffing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore and develop new markets and industry sectors in different locations to expand the firm's client base. Tailor sales strategies to local market conditions.
- Present the staffing firm's services and solutions to prospective clients. Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to secure new business.
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for both individual team members. These targets may include revenue goals and client acquisition quotas
- Build client relationships with existing customers & identify opportunities for further expansion.
- Maintain current knowledge of market trends, relying on literature, statistics, seminars, webinars & how it affects the industry and client success.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the recruiting team, ensuring they meet their targets and objectives. Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Recruit, hire, and onboard recruiting professionals to expand the firm's sales reach. Develop and maintain a high-performing recruiting team.
- Conduct weekly orders review & provide feedback and tasks to best reach company sales goals.
- Plan monthly Metrics meetings for staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and sales reports for both individual team members and company as a whole.
- Oversee all escalated issues with temporary employees & clients.
- Gather feedback from the operational team and clients to continuously improve service quality, team performance, and meet evolving client needs.
Qualifications:
- 3 years staffing operation management & business development
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Proven experience in recruiting and building high-performing recruiting teams.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficiency in remote team management tools and technologies.
- Strong organizational and delegation skills
