About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Associate Manager to join our team at Acosta Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of in-store demo programs, working closely with our clients and Costco to ensure successful program implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage timelines, keep stakeholders informed of critical dates, and schedule meetings as needed.
  • Manage a multimillion-dollar budget, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving program goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and Costco, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Initiate regular client status meetings, anticipating upcoming projects and ensuring timely communication.
  • Attend marketing/client meetings, write recaps of meetings and issues within 24 hours, and assist with coordination of key customer presentations.
  • Ensure recommended program solutions meet client and Costco goals and brand standards, effectively communicating program expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Business Managers to develop marketing strategies, create and manage timelines/due dates, and work closely with clients to generate new ideas/strategic concepts.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within programs, manage program dependencies and critical path, and analyze execution reports to ensure program adherence to client and Costco expectations.
  • Assist in the completion of vendor commitment forms and help manage overall success of accounts, communicating critical deadlines to client sales teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Club Industry, with research/analysis experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communications skills, with ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical problem-solving ability, ability to develop and communicate ideas to upper management, clients, and Costco.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to travel up to 25%.
