Overview

Pyramid Systems Inc. is seeking a Client Account Executive. This will be a senior member of the executive team and lead the overall DHS portfolio including delivery strategy, contract execution, and growth at Pyramid Systems, Inc. This delivery leader will have experience leading P&L, managing multiple customer relationships and competing demands, creating, and implementing program and enterprise efficiencies, managing budgets and processes to scale while also ensuring delivery of top-notch value to our current customers and expanding portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Defines client delivery strategies by applying knowledge of the DHS customer market.
  • Responsible for retention and growth of the existing DHS client base through individual efforts and efforts of the account management team to deliver profitable quality service.
  • Manages overall account financials/profit & loss (P&L) and client assignments.
  • Builds strong customer relationships. Plays a pivotal role in ensuring that organization is considered and viewed as a key technology partner and helps position organization favorably when technology decisions are made by DHS and its entities for future needs.
  • Proactively and reactively interfaces on-site with DHS customers in the management of technical issues as well as collaborating in planning, implementation, skills and knowledge transfer and day-to-day operation of new/upgraded technologies.


Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of technology delivery and the complexities of technical projects.
  • Proven track record of identifying and delivering organic business growth and white space
  • Experience leading multiple teams across diverse federal customers, such as DoD, Federal/Civilian and domains such as national security and financial services.
  • Ability to lead and build diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to balance organizational leadership responsibilities and development and execution of the strategic vision with a willingness to dive into the details, as required
  • Proficient at managing complex and matrixed internal and external relationships
  • Proactive when it comes to strategy, foreseeing potential obstacles and opportunities long before they arrive
  • Proven track record of identifying, hiring, and developing technical and strategic leaders
  • Track-record of establishing delivery strategy for rapid growth
  • Ability to oversee the establishment and implementation of departmental goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to mobilize and motivate individuals and teams to deliver on customer and company objectives.
  • Professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in related field, Master's preferred
  • 20+ years of federal contracting experience; 10+ years of experience with demonstrated success as a delivery executive with significant accountability in P&L, client delivery, business development and operations.
