As a member of our Commercial Lines Team, this individual is responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:

· Provide support to Department Manager

· Process Incoming Mail

· Issue simple Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards

· Review and input information into the agency management system, AMS 360

· Process incoming Policies, Endorsements, and Audits

· Assist with Claims

· Assist with answering Telephone Lines

· Grow and develop good working relationships with Team Members

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Superior customer service skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Solid analytical skills and the ability to stay organized

· Ability to work independently and make decisions while demonstrating good judgement

· Competence to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
