Account Executive-Direct Sales

Role details:
- The Account Executive is responsible for creating valuable relationships with their network of borrowers as well as evaluating potential customers.
- They will create new business for the firm through pre-generated leads along with personally discovered leads.
- The Account Executive will be tasked with advising the client throughout the loan origination process, closing process and lifetime of the loan.

- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Create and expand a network of clients.
- Manage multiple leads and deals simultaneously without compromising the customer's quality of experience.
- Creates business from company generated leads as well as personally derived leads.
- Advises clients on loan origination, closing and in the success of the loan.
- Determines viability of leads and potential.
- Provides exemplary customer service.
- Experience of direct sales in real estate industry.
- Experience using a CRM.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in real estate transactions.
- Able to work in-person in Austin, TX.
- Experience as an account executive in private lending .
- Experience as a loan officer.
