This position will be remote until we move into our new office in August. It will then become an in-person position in our Austin, TX office.

Role details:
  • The Account Executive is responsible for creating valuable relationships with their network of borrowers as well as evaluating potential customers.
  • They will create new business for the firm through pre-generated leads along with personally discovered leads.
  • The Account Executive will be tasked with advising the client throughout the loan origination process, closing process and lifetime of the loan.
  • successful Account Executive is extremely driven and motived by quantifiable results.
  • They are willing to work the hours necessary for success to achieve a rewarding career in real estate finance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Create and expand a network of clients.
  • Manage multiple leads and deals simultaneously without compromising the customer's quality of experience.
  • Creates business from company generated leads as well as personally derived leads.
  • Advises clients on loan origination, closing and in the success of the loan.
  • Determines viability of leads and potential.
  • Provides exemplary customer service.
Must Have:
  • Experience of direct sales in real estate industry.
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in real estate transactions.
  • Able to work in-person in Austin, TX.
Nice to have:
  • Experience as an account executive in private lending .
  • Experience as a loan officer.
