Job Description

As a Sales Engagement Executive, you will embark on a hands-on journey to learn and master the art of sales. Working closely with our experienced team, you will receive comprehensive training and real-world experience in engaging with customers and promoting our clients' products and services. This role is designed to help you develop the skills necessary to excel in sales and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to learn and apply effective sales techniques.
  • Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions at various events.
  • Communicate the value and benefits of our clients' products and services.
  • Participate in diverse sales activities, including pop-up events, fundraising campaigns, tabling, canvassing, and in-store promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Receive continuous feedback and coaching to refine your sales skills and techniques.
  • Contribute to team goals and support collective success.
