SNI Technology's top client is seeking to hire a talented Cloud Deployment Engineer (Azure/AWS) for an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity This is a 40 hours, 5-days-per-week onsite position with the option to work remotely 2 days per week (post 90 days from hire date). This position is not open to C2C or non-US permanent residents.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Cloud Deployment Engineer

Our client located in Denver, CO is seeking to hire a talented Cloud Deployment Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position's primary responsibilities will be surrounding the deployment of cloud-based solutions, pulling data from SQL Server via way of APIs.

The ideal candidate will have a great foundational knowledge base in relational databases and database management (SQL Server, RDBMS), as well as a strong proficiency in cloud computing (AWS + Azure) and APIs (calling files via APIs, etc.). Additionally, any experience with automation tools and Python programming would be a strong plus to have.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • 70% of daily duties will be spent on deployment of cloud solutions
  • 30% of daily duties will be spent on as needed projects, data analysis, audit support.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Associate degree is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Combination of Formal Education and Experience can be considered in lieu of formal degree requirement.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional work experience is required.
TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES
  • 2-3 years of experience in cloud systems deployment
  • MS Azure, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lakes
  • APIs
  • Python programming
  • Strong business acumen is highly desired.
  • MS Excel is a plus to have, but not required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
