Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and a proven track record in AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) and establish secure site-to-site VPN connections.
  • Manage and administer various AWS services including EC2, S3, ELB, and Route 53.
  • Develop automated CI/CD pipelines utilizing GITLAB for seamless deployments.
  • Utilize Docker and Kubernetes, with significant experience in EKS.
  • Write and maintain scripts in PYTHON and UNIX shell for automation tasks.
  • Architect and configure secure cloud environments using both private and public subnets.
  • Create build scripts using MAVEN and possess knowledge in Java, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, and MYSQL.
  • Work with AWS Managed Streaming for Kafka (MSK).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in cloud architecture and security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
