What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Housing Coordinator within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will contribute to the department's efficiency in serving the client's needs by being the liaison to all internal departments, vendors, and policyholders and by addressing inquiries effectively, accurately, and promptly. You will report directly to the Customer Care Department Assistant Manager.

How We Work

As a Housing Coordinator, you will be expected to work in an office/hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Maintaining a daily tracking log of file assignments using ACT tasks
  • Recording detailed notes of verbal and written correspondence (documenting names/phone numbers of conversations held) in the ACT database
  • Tracking lease end and notification due dates to ensure notice deadlines are met on a daily basis through the temporary housing notification process
  • Corresponding with policyholders to determine their housing status
  • Tracking and confirming monthly move-out dates with policyholders
  • Tracking and confirming furniture pick-up dates
  • Resolving housing and lease issues between landlords and policyholders that may arise during the rental period
  • Collaborating with policyholders, landlords, ANAM/NAM to process and secure extensions and last-minute lease extensions
  • Collaborating with the policyholder, ANAM/NAM, to determine the move-out date and complete file move-out
  • Requesting and negotiating early lease terminations with landlords and processing accordingly as requested by the insured or ANAM/NAM from adjusters
  • Tracking 1-month placements to ensure the policyholder's housing needs are met before their lease expires
  • Coordinating housing relocation with policyholders to ensure new housing arrangements are made before the current housing lease end date
  • Working with policyholders on furniture-only rentals and furniture inventory or buy-out requests
  • Collaborating with the Furniture Coordinator, Move Out Department Assistant Manager, and policyholder on bug-related issues.
  • Receiving and submitting landlord address changes; collecting and inputting new landlord data into ACT; and notifying accounting of changes.
  • Resolving rent inquiries made by insureds or landlords
  • Assisting with calls coming through the MOC ring group and handling customer requests accordingly
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years of job-related experience preferred
  • Property Management experience is a plus
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ACT program experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and be a team player.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position
  • Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgment
  • Ability to mentor coworkers
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships among team members in the course of work
  • Ability to assist coworkers with tasks
