As a crucial part of our team, you’ll maintain IT infrastructure and ensure hardware and software systems run smoothly.

This is an onsite position in Green Bay, WI.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Remote Desktop Services

  • Manage Active Directory and Azure User/Group accounts

  • Support O365 accounts and licenses

  • Handle DHCP, DNS, FTP, and other network services

  • Respond to server resource monitoring alerts

  • Address customer support tickets and requests

  • Provide training and documentation

  • Maintain software inventory

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years in workstation configuration management/administration & server administration

  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (2016–2022)

  • Experience in Microsoft Active Directory and System Center Configuration Manager

  • Understanding and knowledge of Hyper-V server virtualization

  • Basic to intermediate scripting skills with PowerShell

  • Analytical problem-solving abilities

  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Microsoft MCP, A+, and Network+ certifications
