Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support through the Service Desk.
- Assist with laptop and desktop troubleshooting, software issues, and system access.
- Facilitate equipment loans and provide audio-visual setup assistance.
- Coordinate tasks related to campus applications such as Blackboard, Google Workspace, and Library Systems.
- Manage ticket triage to ensure timely resolution by the appropriate team member.
- Conduct follow-ups post-resolution to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Support campus printing services and maintain equipment loan records.
- Document solutions within the Ticketing software.
- Engage in additional projects and collaborate with various software as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of full-time experience in computer operations support.
- An Associate's degree in a relevant field may substitute for the required experience.
- Strong customer service skills, particularly with diverse technical backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a higher education setting.
- At least two years of experience in support services.
- Technical support experience with online systems like Blackboard and Google Applications.

Compensation: Grade 15/Step 1: $1,969.30 Bi-weekly; $51,201.80 Annually
Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM during semesters; Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM during summer and winter sessions, with potential flexibility in start and end times.
