A Procurement Specialist acquires and maintains company's various inventory and supplies. Their main duties include ensuring our centers have the inventory on hand to support revenue goals while keeping in line with budget, accurately entering POs, and working with accounting on billing issues.

Location: 111 Academy Wy, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92617

Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), On-site

Compensation: $29+/hourly (base on experience)

What You Will Do:
  • Collaborate with various centers to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, evaluate their performance, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.
  • Manage inventory and restock goods when needed. Work with our internal software- Zenoti and Netsuite. Updates products, cost, and vendors information. Supports with organization; portal for employees, create training videos when applicable. Supports human resources with onboarding and offboarding tasks. ADT, Amazon and McKesson accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor information.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement and facilities management activities for management review.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures related to procurement and facilities. Act as an escalation point of contact.
  • Be a backup for Director of Operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in procurement and facilities management roles.
  • NetSuite experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
