A growing non profit is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of our data. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data management and a thorough understanding of Salesforce. This role also involves administrative assistant duties, and we are specifically looking for a female candidate.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Data Management:
    • Oversee the organization, storage, and updating of data across various platforms.
    • Ensure data is accurately entered, maintained, and updated in the Salesforce CRM system.
    • Develop and implement data management procedures and guidelines.
    Data Integrity:
    • Monitor data quality and integrity to identify and rectify discrepancies.
    • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
    • Implement best practices to maintain high standards of data integrity and security.
    Salesforce Expertise:
    • Utilize Salesforce for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
    • Create and manage custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
    • Train team members on effective use of Salesforce and data management tools.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data management.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
