Support and review refresher training materials and job aids Coordinate with stakeholders to identify, develop and implement effective refresher training curriculums Conduct weekly BOB auditing for enrollment submission Collaborate with PHSP team lead to improve member experience by assisting field sales manager to facilitate quality improvement coaching based on application auditing result Work with cross functional department stakeholders on various internal projects deployment support and processes Recommend and implement improvements as well as develop business processes to optimize current field operations workflow for PHSP growth team Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Good coaching skill Minimum 5 years field experience on management Must be able to handle multiple tasks with a proactive, flexible approach to all field reps back on their availability schedule Experience using Microsoft word including formatting, copy/pasting and using grammar/spell check. Excel or other spreadsheet software experience to create information reports requiring the use of edit, sort/filter and format data/print range Communicate effectively verbally and in writing while demonstrating good grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
