Job Summary: Print Production Coordinator
Location: Monsey, New York
Industry: Print Sales (Paper & Plastic Cards)
Join our dynamic print sales office We’re looking for a Print Production Coordinator to manage customer orders and vendor production.

- Expertise in handling complex tasks and large volumes (10-20 million cards for some clients)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer orders & vendor production
- ️ Manage bidding, scheduling, and shipping (local & international)
- ✅ Ensure quality control & issue purchase orders/invoices
- Schedule projects with our in-house graphic department
- Maintain computer records, spreadsheets, & archiving
- ⚙️ Operate a custom management program
- Support mailing operations & ID card production
Qualifications:
- Experience in printing or advertising agency is a must
- ️ Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Email, QuickBooks, Excel, Adobe Illustrator
- ️ Experience with variable data printing is a plus
- Familiarity with production floor operations is essential
