Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Coordinator to join our team at Health First. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing complex programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery and minimal errors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scope, plan, and oversee project tasks, timelines, deliverables, and internal and external stakeholders engaged in multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with the OD program or project lead to ensure an agreed-upon, timely, and flawless delivery.
  • Coordinate various tasks to ensure the successful execution of enterprise-wide employee development programs, including building and managing rosters, scheduling meetings, tracking learner participation, interacting with external vendors, and assisting with live and online learning sessions.
  • Develop and implement success measures, track progress, and report on project outcomes.
  • Guide cross-functional team members and external partners through the project lifecycle, troubleshooting concerns and resolving issues that may impact project success.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, raising risks before they become urgent.
  • Cultivate an environment of trust, transparency, and information sharing.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience managing complex programs and projects with timely delivery and minimal errors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusting and influential relationships with diverse groups of people at various levels.
  • Good working knowledge of productivity and project management tools and technology.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, streamlining processes, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean.
  • Experience or education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
