Job Summary

Health First is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Specialist - Sales & Community Engagement to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive operational excellence across our retail sites. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to changing priorities, and advanced experience in MS Suite Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration through regular retail site visits and daily coordination with multiple stakeholders to support existing retail sites.

Identify and resolve specific operational and business issues in a timely manner, assuming an active role in driving root cause analysis and proactively remediating issues and anticipated risks.

Identify opportunities for retail site enhancements, process improvement, and efficiencies to improve member and prospect experience at retail locations.

Support the implementation of processes and policies.

Assist in the development of training materials and delivery of training on systems, tools, and processes for Sales and Member Services.

Coordinate staff scheduling for all Lines of Business at retail sites.

Provide operational/project management support for retail initiatives and special projects.

Assist with sales production and ad-hoc data collection and reporting.

Community Engagement Responsibilities

Conduct research on competitors' community events.

Support the development and administration of the Community Engagement Resource Center and other tools and resources to enhance CE effectiveness.

Support the development of policies and procedures for CE.

Maintain and update various Salesforce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business unit data collection, dashboard analysis, and reporting.

Assist with systems development and enhancements, including Salesforce, to support CE operations.

Perform various enterprise project coordination and administrative support functions.

Requirements

Associate's Degree from an accredited university.

Advanced level experience in MS Suite Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Strong communication skills.

Proven ability to lead and deliver on strategic initiatives.

Ability to travel to assigned retail sites.
