Description Reporting to the ministry Director, Philanthropy, the Donor Relations/Events Coordinator (DR/EC) will provide direct administrative support to the ministry Foundation's Philanthropic Gift Advisors. This person will be detail-oriented in upholding open lines of communication with donors, prospects and grateful patients, and handle all facets of gift processing while maintaining a donor database containing essential information and key foundation contacts. The DR/EC will also be responsible for providing support in the planning, coordination and implementation of committee meetings and special events. This position will interact with a wide variety of internal and external constituents and will require a high degree of professionalism along with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience 4 years of working in a fast paced environment. 5 years of Successful administrative track record Demonstrated experience working within time-intensive, results-oriented environment preferably a hospital, academic or nonprofit research organization.
