The Donor Relations/Events Coordinator (DR/EC) plays a pivotal role in supporting the ministry Foundation's Philanthropic Gift Advisors under the direction of the ministry Director of Philanthropy.

This role demands meticulous attention to detail, ensuring effective communication with donors, potential supporters, and appreciative patients. The DR/EC will manage all aspects of gift processing while maintaining a comprehensive donor database that includes vital information and key contacts within the foundation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of committee meetings and special events.
- Foster relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, requiring a high level of professionalism.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 years working in a dynamic environment.
- At least 5 years of proven administrative experience.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in time-sensitive, results-driven settings, preferably within a hospital, academic, or nonprofit research organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in campaign management.
