*Job Description*
*Technical Support Representative (10 months Contract full-time). *
Provides customer service/technological support for specific applications & technologies. Junior: Skills equiv. to 1-2 years in comparable position. Experience with 1st and/or 2nd level support. Strong customer service skills, strong people and interpersonal skills. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills:
Tier 1 Technical Support experience is a must
Looking for candidates with prior CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE a must--being in a call center
Being on the phone
Sense of urgency
Documenting in their systems.
Excellent over the phone end client experience
Knowledge and adherence De-escalation experience
Excellent Soft skills
Prior experience working with clients on performing password resets; navigating (Instructing) end users.
Strong customer service skills, strong people, and interpersonal skills.
Must have strong VERBAL (ability to listen and communicate effectively and clearly with a variety of audiences) and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and adapt.
Work Environment
This is a complete on-site position.
Hours - Mon-Fri 9:30 - 6:00 PM.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
