Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Calculation and filing of quarterly estimates
  • Calculation and filing annual extensions
  • Prepare and file quarterly Excise tax returns - PCORI, Superfund, FIT
  • Assist with e-filing transmission of annual Corporate Income Tax returns
  • Assist with resolution of State tax notices
  • Maintain/update the SIT state model each quarter in CorpTax (income tax compliance software)
Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Accounting or equivalent experience in accounting required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products required
  • Knowledge of CorpTax (or similar income tax compliance software) preferred
  • Knowledge of CorpTax Office and CorpTax Planner a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail, organizational and execution skills
